#027: Is it a Panic Attack or Chest Pains? with Jordan {Listen,Lucy.}

Jordan the founder of Listen, Lucy was badly bullied at school and on social media and subsequently battled with mental health. This got her to start Listen, Lucy to help others & share what she’d learned, but the unexpected was feeling part of a community of peers who went through the same, got her and who were now all coming out of isolation.

*Content note: this episode discusses anxiety and suicide prevention discretion is advised*

We cover:

// Isolation.

// How besides the mark I find those glossy campaigns after a celeb suicide are and I give my version of what I feel would be a more relevant campaign.

// How to prepare for motherhood when you have mental health issues.

// Jordan bumping into her bullies as an adult.

// I give a little shout out to Layla Martin, another inspirational woman and amazing testimony to the strength of human nature.

// I share what drives me to do the podcast and my health coaching.
